Regular Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 4-5 for shipping. If items are PRE ORDERED, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping. 

Sale Shipping

When there is a sale, please allow 10-12 business days for shipping due to the order volume. 

Reship

If you provided the wrong address, or the item is not deliverable, once the item is returned to the warehouse we will only reship after a $25 reship fee (U.S, orders) and $65 reship fee (international orders).
To have your order resent:
1.Pay the Reship Fee via the website
2. Provide an updated shipping address 

If your shipment gets lost in transit, please file a claim with UPS or USPS. All orders are insured we do not issue refunds or reorders.

Please be advised that when an order is returned to us the shipper charges us a fee. Therefore, we have to charge you the fee.

Any disputes with missing items from your order must be done within 48 hours of delivery so we can assure accuracy.  

**Holiday Shipping** 

(Nov. 23rd-Jan 3rd)

You must place your order by December 10th 11:59pm est to guarantee to your order arrival before Christmas. Please keep in mind we have no control over USPS and UPS once they have the items. We ask that you order as soon as possible to avoid the holiday rush. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for shipping during these times.

 

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. At this time, shipping discounts do not apply to international orders.

We (Timeless Skincareology) DO NOT cover any
duties/taxes/customs fees that may incur with
international shipments.
