Shipping Policy for Reshipping and Lost Packages

If an incorrect shipping address is provided or an item is deemed undeliverable, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once returned, the order can be reshipped after payment of the following reshipment fees:

• $25 for U.S. orders

• $65 for international orders

To reship your order:

1. Pay the reshipment fee.

2. Provide an updated shipping address.

Important:

• If your shipment is lost in transit, please file a claim with UPS or USPS, as all orders are insured. We do not issue refunds or replacement orders.

• Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays and additional fees.

• When an order is returned to us, the shipping carrier imposes a fee, which we must pass on to you.

International Shipments:

Timeless Skincareology does not cover duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
